Payment and Refund Policy

Website Development Services:

  1. Initial Layout Presentation:
    • Upon client’s request for website development services, IT Arrow Technologies will present the homepage layout for review and approval.
    • A fee of $30 will be charged for this initial layout presentation. This fee is non-refundable.
  2. Advance Payment:
    • Upon approval of the homepage layout by the client, a 50% advance payment is required before proceeding with the development work.
    • The advance payment is non-refundable once the development work has commenced.
  3. Final Payment:
    • The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the website development and before the website is launched or delivered to the client.
  4. Refund Policy:
    • IT Arrow Technologies does not offer refunds for the initial layout presentation fee or the advance payment for website development services.
    • In the event of cancellation by the client before the commencement of development work, the setup fee will not be refunded.
    • Refunds will only be considered if there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the contract.

SEO Services:

  1. Monthly Advance Payment:
    • For SEO services, IT Arrow Technologies requires monthly advance payments from clients.
    • These payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Monthly SEO service fees are non-refundable once the services have been rendered for the respective month.
    • In the event of cancellation by the client before the commencement of a new billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for the current month’s service.

General Terms:

  1. Payment Methods:
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
    • All payments must be made in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
  2. Late Payments:
    • Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services until outstanding payments are settled.
  3. Modification of Services:
    • IT Arrow Technologies reserves the right to modify its services, including pricing, at any time with prior notice to clients.
  4. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes regarding payments or services will be resolved through mutual discussions and negotiations between IT Arrow Technologies and the client.
